Stevens but my main goal is to be a landlord, well I want to own atleast 60 units in the future so I can live off my passive income.My goal right now is to flip homes to save up enough income to get properties to rent out or even try the BRRRR strategy but as a young male and a newbie investor.

My main question is: Should we alert the HOA of the mold problem?

One main one is that there is a $7500 collections that is on going from her old rental.

Mainly just concerned with the cash flow number.I really did not plan on paying the $175k.

But ultimately I'd ensure it all hit one main rental account first. 

I am looking to possibly go back home to explore the New Hampshire Market as well as Maine.
