It is a bit of a deviation from houses or mutli-family, but storage units are still real estate investment.On another note we are now with a lead to multi-family and working in that direction. 

I want to get as focused as possible so I can get some actionable leads.

If I get a lead or see a potential property that isn't - for whatever reason - right for me, I'm not going to walk away, because there's likely 50 other people it would work for.  

Hello, I am beginning my journey as a wholesaler, and I am starting to realize that direct mail is one of the major ways to get leads.

My question is other than Home Improvements Shows, which other ways of marketing are everyone else using that generate good leads?

When I list my house, if I don't' have good leads or tons of leads coming in I keep dropping the rent.

Is it a specific type of lead, aka probate, tax lien etc....?

"We had over 100 people who called us within several weeks. 10 were very good leads.

Nothing at first but once you get it going the leads keep flowing.
