I've done a decent job growing a SM following.

My wife is considering a job move to Dallas and we are looking at houses in the area ahead Welcome to Texas. 

This should be a 1 week job especially seeing it is an occupied unit and time is of the essence.

Probably ends up being about 5-7 single family homes to get the job done.

He neither finished job; nor responding to my calls/message.

I guess as you suggested have to talk to multiple bank lenders.

I have never sent a mailer out before and looking for suggestions anyone may have.
