You have access to an INCREDIBLE loan product called the VA loan.

Without knowing your market, it's had to say if $420k is good for a triplex or incredibly overpriced.

The ADU market is definitely pretty hot in San Diego right now.

But if it's not working in tandem with the insulation, you'll find yourselves spending a ton on utilities during the hot and cold seasons.EDIT- oh, also- congrats on getting under contract. :-).

In both Mass and Maine where I'm licensed, the exam is incredibly easy. 

I do know that the market there is not as hot as anyone would make it out to be, it's still Bridgeport.

I’m in a fairly hot market (prices up 51% over the past decade).

I've not personally utilized this team for surplus/fund recovery, but they've been incredible for anything I've ever needed with law/real estate.

I have only seen it make sense when the location of the existing park was so incredible that the intense amount of time, money, and effort was still worth it.
