Small/local Developers in/around Denver & CO. Springs

Hello all - I recently moved to Denver from Austin and am looking for small developers of duplex's or 2-5 unit condos/apartments. I have significant experience on the entitlement and engineering side of development and am looking to get my feet wet with my own development. I am looking to meet up with others that have developed in and around the Denver and Co. Springs area and just talk turkey. I understand Denver is a pretty tough market and as such, will be reviewing opportunities adjacent and surrounding Denver.
