That said, newbies are uninformed and will generally rely on information that advances their goal, human nature, cognitive biases.

I find the criticisms so far to be more about human nature than Mark.

The fact that it's behind the scenes helps keep it safe from human nature and you can't really mismanage it.

He cuts out the crap and is a genuine human being that teaches with examples of his daily business.
