I have a minimum loan amount of $75,000 on Shoresides direct lending platform.

I think right now they are transitioning over to the apartments.com platform so you may not officially be able to sign up with Cozy fyi.

What happens to me the buyer if the person that originally got the loan gets a gambling problem and ends up getting a lien on the property?

Biggest issue is the jacuzzi has this weird platform that make a step about as tall as my knee to get in.
