Hey BP family! My name is Corey Hairston Jr, and I'm a real, real estate newbie.

I've been reading a lot of books and watching even more videos on real estate and how to get started. I was hoping to use this platform as a stepping stone to helping me not be so new to REI and hopefully go about purchasing my first home. With that being said I'm really interested in wholesaling, rental properties, and flipping homes. I'll likely be flooding with posts full of questions soon.
