@David Edwards IRR and time have an inverse relationship i.e. higher IRRs are usually associated with shorter time periods (all else being equal). 

I used SiteLink for my facility and it was an excellent package. 

I have excellent credit personally and with my business, and my business (real estate brokerage owner) has great income. 

The only reason I haven't is because I believe in relationships.

Meeting people during this phase will make a massive difference, but if I move to another state after my four years of college, most of those relationships won't be important.

This form simply discloses (makes known) our relationship and discloses to both you and the buyer that I am working for you.The buyer’s agent will also submit an agency disclosure telling us that he or she represents the buyer.The most important disclosure, as mentioned above, is the property condition disclosure.

They don't try and kill you with pricing but rather invest in nurturing a long-term relationship.
