@David Dachtera if balance sheet and equity are not important why is my bankers in all the states I work one of the first things they ask for.. they want to see if I have any true NET worth.. not a bunch of leveraged up non liquid assets that are really contingent liabilities ...I think those that drink the cool aid of equity is not important just don't understand the next steps to creating wealth etc...

The lease would be from Dec 15th 2016 to Dec 31,2017. so basically you use the start / stop dates and don't put in how many months it is.. it would be longer than 12 months.. rent from 12/15 to 12/31 would be prorated and full rent would start on the 1st of Jan so rent would be due the 1st of the month.their is already a lot of softwear that is designed for rentals so you have your job cut out for you.. good luck

Hi Ryan,I've done a fair amount of business with 1 in particular.I only use inspectors that are actually engineers belonging to the QC order.
