Sometimes the prospect of losing a paying tenant will motivate them to offer you alternative solutions.If you still get a no, look at moving the home to a private piece of land and seller financing or renting it out there.

When I did my due diligence I noticed a few things that stood out. 1) as @Ned Carey mentioned some of the expenses were very low and with a building that old, expenses are usually a lot higher.  2) with a more realistic projection of expenses you will see that the ROI and COC is not worth the effort. 3) the layout of the building is not the most appealing which in turn makes it less appealing to prospective tenants.

I know Click2Mail does this, but they seem a little high.Single Letter = When you have a Prospect you connected with and you want to have the Mailing Service, send a specific letter (template style) to them, after you send the Mail Service the needed recipients name and address.
