First time rental buyer dilemma.
I seem to be in between a rock and a hard place. I can't seem to figure out the best way how to finance my first rental properly. I have fantastic grade A credit but I don't have a lot of cash to put down for my 20%. The house I'm looking at is only 25k in which I know I can get financed for, but I don"t know which loan or the best Option to get it financed would be. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated
