A goal of mine is to be financially independent by 35 so that I can be there for my daughter and future family at any time. 

I will admit that I am in introvert and have had some issues with triggers and mental health in the past but overall I have been better as of late but it's still a work in progress.

I agree... it's not clear how we could get to this "buyers market" i'm referring to... however I like the mental exercise of thinking forward to what has happened in the past and could someday happen again for us.

My daughter is a realtor in Boca Raton FL, and she works with several groups of investors that trust her judgement in finding them good deals for flipping or land deals that can be developed for building on.

Her daughters checked on her after she wouldn't pick up the phone.

We'll be paying cash for a property in the Joplin, MO area for our daughter to live in.

Now her , her husband and 1.5 yr old daughter are sick and the owners do not want to fix anything.
