If I did the latter, I would assume that we would have to make frequent moves for some time until our cash reserves have built up a bit.....or continue to pay rent elsewhere.More Family info: Currently renting with husband and three children under 7 years old.

A 1 bedroom condo on a busy street is probably not a big issue but a 5 bedroom house that would most likely be purchased by people with children would be much more affected.

"Trashed" can be include holes in the walls; dog poop everywhere; 5,000 roaches in the house; human feces in the bathtub; trash EVERYWHERE; children's paintings on the walls; windows broken out; doors ripped from the hinges; holes burned in the floor after the swat team throws in a concussion grenade; etc, etc, etc.

I'm sure we've all had the dream of investing full time, quitting our 9-5, and being able to spend our time investing in our children's lives, golfing, fishing, or traveling the world, but I'm wondering if anyone is actually living it.

The grantee needs to be a trust for the benefit of family specifically spouse and/or children of the trustor.
