The biggest issue the 2 of you will be challenged with is how may properties you own which are financed. 10 financed properties is the limit for full doc loans and 5 for stated income verified asset loans.Cash Out refinances under conforming guidelines are nothing special.

I know people make Real Estate Investing seem like it's magic but money isn't just going to fall into your pockets because you want it to.If you really feel that this is your path (and I would challenge you to answer *why* you believe that is the case), given that you have no resources, I would go to your local REI meetings and hook up with others.

They are one of the 3 corner sections, but its the corner closest to the sidelines sections, which means the value is a bit higher (can charge more per seat) but the face value for the tickets are in a lower price bracket (higher profit margin!)
