The job market is steadily growing year after year, the cost of living is far more reasonable than the likes of a Chicago or Manhattan, and because of Columbus' central location, travelling to those major cities is quite easy.

@Marky SuazoI have invested in south central Pa for last 18 years.For finding a contractor in a new market, I like getting recommendations from vendors I'm using in that market. 

I currently live in East Texas simply for the location of my job but will be looking to move to South Central Texas as that area is where most of my family is located. 

We are starting some new marketing campaigns in the Central New Jersey area. 

Assuming the property is centrally located, it should not be strenuous to stop by the property when nearby.
