I have a perfect credit history (I kept my US credit cards for 10 years even while living abroad :)), I will also be using my wife's rental income (she is a green card holder with an almost non-existing credit).I am looking to buy this house and sell after I have lived in it for 2 years for tax reasons.Thank you for any tips!

I currently own a remodeling company but I am considering just starting an Investment Firm....Im lost can you guys give me some tips on how to obtain funds with me having credit issues or how to obtain someone to invest in me?

I'm asking for any tips to find these (motivated sellers).

It is a very convoluted requirement and the state withholding requirements in Ca are the same as FIRPTA - buyer liability for a seller cost.The new rules and exceptions are broken down as follows: The same rule applies to sales under $300,000.

Anyone have any tips or advise to share about this area?
