I have had them drop projects the night before start date, no shows or flat out dishonest about there skill set.

I have great communication skills, I am very detailed oriented and organized.

It would allow me to leverage my previous professional skills the most.  

You get so much knowledge, tools, and skills for evaluating property that even a well informed, successful investor isn't going to have.

There are definitely deals to be had here that will cashflow but it is a skill game to find properties as there isn't much low hanging fruit left. 

There is no shortage of information on the site.  

There seems to be a shortage of new homes here (my opinion) but would be interested in hearing what a realtor would have to say about that.

Just got my first home last month and looking for more amazing deals, will soon come to visit again and hope that this time will be for a longer period.I would be happy to meet other investors, beginners or veterans alike.I could surely help as I'm super hungry, and sure I could make use of my tech skills for automating our work.

I can easily imagine a seller filing a complaint/lawsuit on how they were taken advantage of by the unscrupulous licensed, skilled professional real estate agent.
