Only issue is that the property comes with 6+ acres of land that really isn't going to serve any purpose other than costing a ton in taxes.

Do as they say, but if you don't feel comfortable serving papers, you can also have the local sheriff do it.  

I suspect the answer is no, because I don't see the crowdfunding sites promoting it...but I couldn't think of a reason why not.Is there a reason why a crowdfunding site could not serve as a Qualified Intermediate?
