All units are identical and owned by 4 different owners....basically a townhouse in my part of the world.  

I had a few concerns with a couple of soft spots in the floor on the second level and all 4 A/C units were of different sizes and ages even though the 4 units were identical.  

That seems like a lot of trouble and expense to hide your identity from a tenant.

Please tell me about any good and user friendly tenant verification/credit check websites that you use.  

Identical properties in the building were also selling for around same price as the valuation, last one having been sold in August of 2015.

But both of those will still need the same backer and quickset, and cutting and laying costs for labor would be the same assuming tiles are identical in size and shape ...

If you think you need to try and hide your identity, go for it.

When I do that for my house, the website gives me an identical set of numbers to the paper tax bill that I got in the mail.You should also get a statement from Jackson County in about the middle of the year that tells you what your property tax bill is *probably* going to be.  

They blew my phone up over the past few weeks to sign their landlord verification for their new place, but now I can't get them on the phone and I threw that paper away( dumb me) Oh well. 

Austin has an identity problem....they're not San Fran and they so want to be.
