I mean that.I enjoy adding a little gravel to a good conversation, too.

When I do get a lead to call me back and we make an offer, someone else always offers more than us.I pay a girl to collect new probate leads from Meck county courthouse and I mail monthly to those.

I really enjoy the TBP but I found a UK based equivalent to them : The Property Hub http://thepropertyhub.net/forum/search/They have property meet ups all across the UK but not one yet in Ireland so you can start one yourself!

But we do think this is the hottest we've seen the market, but because the price points and barriers to entry are still relatively low, I regularly meet people who are just now starting out and are excited about local investing.Thanks for asking that;  gave me something to mull over while enjoying my coffee. :)

I am new to finding flips and have really enjoyed the Bigger Pockets site.

However, if somehow you do get the opportunity keep in mind that if you are caught committing insurance fraud in Illinois of between 300 and 10k you will get to enjoy a minimum two year sentence in prison. 

I really enjoying Bigger Pockets and the wealth of information and help on here.

I lived there for many years and enjoyed it.  

I've only been to Nashville once but really enjoyed Germantown.
