I am struggling with deciding whether or not to start an LLC and try to transfer the title (in an effort to protect my net worth and assets outside or RE) or go about this process a different way.There does not seem to be any clear and concise information out there about LLC creation/transferring titles, most advice seems to direct investors toward speaking with a Lawyer.I would love to hear how the community has tackled this challenge, protected their assets, and continued investing in real estate.Thank you in advance.

She's not entitled to your work effort for free without a court order or you are in discovery during a lawsuit. 

I agree with @Joshua Johnson though, and with just a little bit of effort you will be able to find more information than you will be able to handle all for free here on BP.

Well simple.How much work is needed to do this successfully.What is the probability of you doing all that work, and what is the effectiveness of social media vs DMM vs cold calling, vs...Now you know which method works better measured against your taste, effort level , knowledge level and dedication to work on it.NO you are not done.

If you put a level of thought and effort into the function and style of each room you’ll offer a better experience and reap better reviews which equates to more $$$$$$.

I'm certainly not the expert in "Subject To" deals, but I foresee you expending tons of time and effort for an occasional return. 

Take a stance of genuinely trying to help them and if you have good interpersonal skills, they will want to find an alternative rental ASAP because they don’t want to let you down.

I've spent more time reading about HOW to lose this fat than putting in the effort to actually losing it, like going for a jog or consistently doing workouts/exercises.I just "jumped in" with renting out my bachelor pad and not knowing the true costs, I ended up selling that property because it was a financial dog, and putting it into a duplex.

If the plugs don't have a slot for the grounding pin then a tenant would have to go through a decent amount of effort to plug something with a grounding pin in. 

Worth the effort though to get to that stage..
