In the past six months, I have been occupied reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching YouTube videos to gain a thorough understanding of real estate basics and specific terms.Recently, I attended my first local investing meetup, and tomorrow I'll be joining The Real Estate Investor Meetup at The Garden Restaurant in Halifax.

I would consider adding to the description the distance to Busch Gardens and distance to Clearwater Beach and also to St.

-lease to food truck/ open farmers market/paid community garden -look into the cost of building on it-sell itwith some of the idea, you may need approval from the city, and may need to get property insurance.  

I installed that just last month (10 minute installation, 45 minute trip to home Depot).This has, in the last year, been about 8 hours of property management work.

If you see both a fence around the yard and bars on the Garden and 1st floor windows and doors, maybe skip that neighborhood. 

I currently own a co-op in Oakland Gardens - would love to house hack in the area but everything around my way in $1 million plus (INSANE).  

I do 1-2 rehabs a year, and hire unlicensed/uninsured people from home depot and craigslist. 

@Eric McCully I have used the LG models purchased from Home Depot,,,,cannot say theyAre the best, but they are affordable and perform well until they rust out (4 blocks from the Ocean).
