Our loan contract stipulates that we hire a 203k consultant (we’re obviously utilizing the 203k loan for this purchase), however the only two consultants in this area are no longer doing 203k consulting.My question is this: can anyone here help me out with finding a 203k consultant contact in the panhandle area?

@Shane WardYou want to consult with a couple lenders about adding your son before going on to Add him to the LLC.Portfolio lenders do not go based on the rules of Fannie/Freddie.
