Looking for a 203k consultant in the Panama City, FL area

Hey, everyone! First post here on BP.

My girlfriend and I are closing on a property soon in Panama City. Our loan contract stipulates that we hire a 203k consultant (we’re obviously utilizing the 203k loan for this purchase), however the only two consultants in this area are no longer doing 203k consulting.

My question is this: can anyone here help me out with finding a 203k consultant contact in the panhandle area? Thanks!
