Hello, looking for recommendations on a rental income & expense App.

With this we can easily see how the two places compare when they are apples to apples.

Has anyone executed a lease option, and utilized an app like Cozy or Avail.co?

I like Zelle (supported by the major banks and likely already built into your banking app.

I only open up 90 days at a time so I don’t get people booking so far out and I never accept payment off the app.

I have played around with the Deal Machine App and it seems pretty good and user friendly but I do not have any relevant success story from using it.My general impression is that whatever source you are using to find absentee owners, it is going to require a lot of effort on your part. 

Just from the BP network, I've connected on zoom with at least 1 other SF Bay Area CA engineer from Apple who invests in only Ohio and another investor in Singapore who also invests in OH because they live in very HCOL cities.

My goal on this app is to be able to connect with other agents in the Chicagoland area and get the chance to collaborate with them on houses.

Even going on Zillow to see what's up for rent should help give you an idea - just make sure you're comparing apples to apples. 

I’m reviewing these two online apps and would love to hear feedback from anyone who has used either or both.
