Ardsley, NY and Westchester County, NY - Rental Rates

Hi All! Wondering if you can help provide some insight on rents in Ardsley, NY. Potentially looking at a house hack, but struggling to find good rental data there, as well as the rest of Westchester county. Anyone on here with some landlord experience in this area?

Places I’m looking at would be a 2br and a 3br in Ardsley. Also considering some 2 br buildings in Dobbs Ferry, as well.

Thanks!
