There's a lot of good material out there.

If you are using it for your realtor business you could set a few up but I would be careful as most states require your licenses number on certain marketing materials and if you are not licensed that could cause some issues. 

I think you'll get a lot out of reading and listening to the free material but don't forget to interact on the forums.

I am eager to start on my first, and would like to start in Indianapolis since the NYC market is a bit tough due to the high cost of living.

If it's not visible from the street, you can save some cost on the material and installation, yet still have a long lasting roof.  

From simple junk removal to Garage demolition we demo, we load the material and we dump.

I have a guy who knows how to cut the right corners when it come to certain materials, permits and labor savings.

We like the potential for med school students up there, and I think those are our target tenants.The fan is tough for prices.
