The issue I've come across is the experience and upfront costs associated with hard money loans.

They broke the contract, they suffer the losses associated with that. 

I just joined a few weeks ago and I can already tell my knowledge is growing just from the association.  

Usually, you'll have to obtain the documents associated with the park (i.e. rent rolls, leases, tax returns, etc) to make a better determination.

We have worked with IHT Realty and also Yield Street.Also, you could attend some investor groups like Real Estate Investors Association (REIA).

Has anyone taken this class by Sherman Ragland. I'm considering his class buy its quite expensive (for me). Thanks for any feedback

Hello,I've got my salesperson licence about little more than 2 yr  ago,Business has been good and I am almost have the 3500 points for me to take the broker test, I don't mind staying with current brokerage since the principle broker here is really knowledgeable and still have a lot to learn from him.So I was thinking about applying for Associate Broker, then maybe down the road start individual brokerage, are there any requirements or tests that I additionally need to take to become individual broker or llc broker later, from associate once I get it?
