However, my first thought reading your post was that a purchase price of $59,500 is extremely low for a DSCR loan - most DSCR lenders require a minimum loan amount of $75-$100k.

The term "unit turnover" just means they are dealing with moving you out and preparing it for the market.

I also assume ( never thought of it, ) when you are putting it under contract with the seller there is also more docs .
