Am I going against any community rule by my question?

So I'm wondering if I was to get a business loan based on the rental income of the properties and secured by the properties themselves.

I was also told by my cpa that transferring the property from the LLC to our personal names will trigger a tax event.

Even if a tree fell on the house, it would not be covered because the policy was broken by the homeowner.

I have only been listed a week so I am certainly not in panic mode by any means.   

I have also been told in person by an individual that is a licensed Realtor that it is +- 600 sq ft.Can someone give a thorough explanation on the rules to finding comps?

Hi all,Not sure if this is a uniquely Florida question, but here in Florida you cannot obtain property insurance on a home until a four-point inspection is completed by an insurance company.  

. - I didn't search for non-recourse, that just popped up by dumb luck. - The 3rd lender, on the right, with the best rate, requires that one borrower/sponsor be experienced in the asset class, and that they personally live local to the property. - 1 regional lender (Pima + 1 other county), 1 state-wide lender (AZ), and 1 national lender, not in that order, is represented here.
