Housing for students is generally priced higher in this market since the students only stay for one year and they will pay a premium for being able to walk to school (also renting a unit like ours will allow them to each have their own room and is significantly less expensive than living on campus).

It is in a very easy to rent neighborhood, by a university and dental school, and medical center. in fact it will aready will be rented out until june 2015. the purchase price is 140K, rent 1300. is this a good deal?

They are building these lodges up here.It would take a lot of money to do something by Watford or Williston but the areas around outer edges of the oil field might work.In Carpio a company bought a school and converted it to housing.
