Hi,I would like to some recommendations for an agent specializing in the SE Wisconsin area; someone who is willing to/enjoys working with out-of-state investors.

I am living in NYC & specializing in representing outside investors on development projects in Manhattan and the boroughs.   

Unless they change their business model, they are targeting non-wealthy average person investor so their equity shares are priced at $15/share (or less during special promos).

We realize that it's a sellers' marker in the DMV, but we're willing to adapt to the ever-changing market.Would love to talk to a realtor and property manager that specializes in College Park, Silver Spring, Upper Marlboro area!

While there are of course some benefits to a condo, the associations are able to raise your HOA fees any time they have a "need", may have to levy large "special assessments" in the event of large expenditures, and can even make sure that only a certain % of units in the community are not occupied by actual owners thereby making rentals difficult.
