Often times small HVAC companies will work with other small companies and you could try getting hold of your guy to see if he can recommend someone.By the way, HEAT is required to be supplied by the landlord but not AC.

Problem is supply glut is pushing rents back down.

And often I'm finding that the prices are more then going to supply houses on most everything.

Tell him that he can tell you what paint and supplies he needs and you can order it on line and pay for it and he can pick it up.
