This process could take a 4 weeks to a few months. 

New lenders and programs are added weekly. 

My partner and I got super excited and within a week located the property, visited it, put together a report and a business plan.

So I just made my account on here and wanted to jump right in if I may....I've been looking into wholesaling for the past week, watching videos, reading articles, etc.

I have an appointment next week to check out a home.

I am looking for more local interactions and people as intrigued as I am, interested in meeting on a weekly basis or even monthly if that’s what it takes!
