After spending some months on some real estate books and saving, I am ready to build some connections and take action in the real estate world.

I been trying to find a deal in my state(Arizona) but everything so high and i want to see all the action on my first deal.

What will come next is throwing your hands up and telling everyone that will listen that DM doesn't work.DM is a long game strategy.What has also worked for me is you need a strong headline, an attention grabber.Finally, and most important, is you need a CTA (Call to Action).
