Change one factor, two usualy remain the same the other will change, select which function you want to change and run the amortzations and you'll see what I mean.

The big reason is the fact that most seasoned agents know that the best deals never even get listed on the MLS until after select buyers and Investors take a look.

I was simply referring to the areas in which they provide trustee sale data, and on the main LPS site (the one I use daily) NY is not among the options you can select.

Thanks.I did a quick search, and did see this at the top of the Wisconsin Statutes & Annotations page (http://legis.wisconsin.gov/rsb/Statutes.html, in bold print no less: "...Searching by chapter titles for the desired subject matter is not a dependable method for finding all applicable law unless you know the book well, for the specific item you are looking for may not be in the chapter you select."

Definately on the "to do list" and I also believe that when selecting a thread, there should be an option to be able to go direct to the second, thrid, 4th, etc. page of that thread directly without having to go to page one, then your desired page.
