WPI, Holy Cross, Shrewsbury Street, East Side, West Side, Green Island probably get you higher rents than other sections of the city and you will pay for that.

One is really old and looks a lot like an entire city that has never heard of an HOA and then there are the newer sections like Green Valley, Macdonald Ranch, Anthem, and 7 Hills.

Do you know if Section 8 would approve $850 if I make the tenant pay her own LG&E, which is the local electric/gas company (that bill would definitely put her over $870 all in)Or does the voucher price generally represent the max the tenant can pay including ALL utilities?
