@Chris L. that's unfortunate. i dont know how andrew can continue to come to BP if he has created such a bad reputation thus far. he acted like one of those contractors that we hate. you know the ones... promise stuff, dont show up, dont do the work, then keep promising. terrible..you should bump those threads up often to protect other people from falling into his trap.

 Ask them to provide you with information on the property and some proof that they own it. some of which you can find by doing research on the web. try and find what the land is valued at.

But, there are ones that give the industry a really bad reputation, and that's unfortunate.

I noticed at the bottom of the web page on auction.com that they have the right to counterbid your offer when you make a bid on one of their houses.
