Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I'm an investor agent and still finding deals. 

Full disclosure I am a paying client (and a VERY happy one) and get a bonus when new agents sign on after I recruit them.

If you are a landlord and not using a licensed Real Estate Agent as a property manager you can get away with not complying with all the fair housing laws, but when you are like my company and you have multiple properties available to rent at one time, that is when it is very easy to find out if we treat all applications the same across the entire portfolio.  

I can recommend a reputable eCommerce development company to you because I recently started eCommerce myself and had to turn to professionals.

Services like forming LLC, registered agent, state fillings...etc. doesn't spell value to me. 

My agent suggested these guys as an alternative.  

If you are not able to find an accurate number of investors after skip tracing the address, I would recommend calling the listing agent of the flip and working through them.
