In his YouTube videos he makes it seem so simple to find a house with equity then quickly flip it to purchase another house.

Seek legal counsel or the right answer.There is no quick fix for dealing with a flooded house.  

Unfortunately, I don't qualify.A note fund would be an interesting solution, but I don't think I yet qualify for that.The $11k would actually be 2018 contributions.I'll have to look more into the other options.Thanks again for quick input!

I'm planning to move to another state in about 6-7 months and have decided to get my real estate license in that new state, mostly to quickly learn the state RE laws and regulations and also take advantage of the networking opportunities. 

Yeah, I'm stuck on choosing for long term, which we fully intend to develop with other services that we currently offer, and will be able to offer in the long run, and the quick and dirty easy to remember name.

Our triplex was fully renovated in early 2016 and fully occupied quickly by Mid-2016, and the units rent for $1600, $1600, and $1650 rent.

I think it has the best opportunity for appreciation & value add, attracts the most renters, has the easiest exit strategy. 

I want to attract a decent renter with a decent home that will work with me to fix up the property and bring it to the same level as the rest of the neighborhood.Does anyone have a list of standards for a mobile home community?
