I have done short term many times but obviously screen closely as they don’t have a lot invested and you want it near perfect when they leave.

If allowed; screen and BG check and add to lease or deny.

@Jonathan Tang same thing your saying if you get them on the phone you know script depends on home and situation, but i'd say i focus more on the quality of the leads i'm getting in order to achieve the result. 

You have e some unique real estate specific qualities.

The long game is referrals as they are better quality lead, and most often pretty much free. 

Haven’t had much luck findIng quality multis in NC.

I would recommend conducting a full re-screening on them as well.
