How would a high appraisal on this home have something to do with buying a new home unless you plan on leveraging this and taking cash out and putting a regular mortgage on it.

That looks like an AI list because 4/6 happen well after you are under contract on a property so don't make that much sense.

But if you have enough room to expand the warehouse portion of the pemb, the topo is level, not hitting on a setback or ROW, an easement, etc…..then why not expand?
