When people refer to the Federal Reserve “setting rates,” they mean the effective federal funds rate or the rate at which banks charge other institutions on an overnight basis.

Just ask a few of the above people what the charge would be. 

I may also be naive, but I like to give people a chance.

Do people want to move there.

I was contacted by two different people, one through email and another who called me.

Now interest rates staying flat hasn't helped too much, but we are in the higher season of people moving/finishing school/etc. 6-8 months ago was a bit slower. 

I am sorry most people didn't answer your question on what to charge for services to STR owners.

@David Rutledge I don't doubt it, but it's a town of about 20,000 people, and aside from this thing a number of miles away called the Pro Football Hall of Fame, there really isn't anything that spectacular to draw tourism in the area... it must all be corporate and maybe kids returning to visit their elderly parents?
