Just curious, would you pay for a Driving for Dollars list in your desired zipcode or a boots-on-the-ground person?

First off, I have some multiplexes I own in different areas of the city and none of them have been metered separately for water so I pay it and just charge a little more for rent.

Since I am new to real estate investing I was wondering if I would pay capital gains taxes when this property sells?

The nice thing for you with a 1031 from that STR to an area like this is that you'll lose a lot of monthly expenses that LTRs usually pay.
