After the purchase we improved the outdoor space to improve occupancy rates.

The area, activities, entertainment, etc are increasing at a fast pace and new cabin builds are in balance with the amount of visitors coming to the area. 

I've only done this after 1 year and wrote a letter stating that I will be moving across town and closer to work and more entertainment/activities I enjoy doing.

Hello BP,I am developing the furnishing list for a medium term rental and I am seeing mixed messages about whether I should mount the TV or use the included stand and just set it on an entertainment center.

All smoking needs to take place in designated outdoor areas.I even have a tenant who smokes inside his rental.

We have an up-vote for when persons find our content helpful, entertaining, connecting what-not.

Think about the tenant living on the 40th floor that moved in because of the amenities and proximity to all the entertainment and restaurants.

It's not a huge site, so I'm not sure how feasible it is for this project, but it's certainly something I would entertain. 

I think there has been some indications this may be beginning to happen to a certain extent.I think it will also depend on what the entertainment/leisure scene looks like in a lot of these cities after COVID.
