Getting my direct mailers ready to send tomorrow.Plan to send another email tomorrow morning, followed with a RVM in the afternoon and then calls in the evening.My question is regarding the frequency and type of communication. 

Currently, she gives off the vibe that she will be very open and communicative.. but obviously she is trying get me to buy her property!

Cleaning, guest communication, price setting, etc.

As communicated and scheduled - our team, the listing agent, and maintenance person arrived for inspection.

Some things to consider are understanding what their communication procedures are like, how many out of state investors they work with, and how they respond to work orders and things.

For me in that situation it was because I had an upcoming deployment, so I told my mortgage broker, realtor, and we communicated to the sellers realtor as well that this was an excercise in speed.

Poor communication, poor English, no follow through.
