Finding Motivated Sellers - Drip Campaign

BP Family!

I'm currently Wholesaling out of NJ for a cash buyer in NY.

Recently started my first drip campaign.  Started with an email on Sunday, cold called for an hour on Monday and Tuesday.  Getting my direct mailers ready to send tomorrow.

Plan to send another email tomorrow morning, followed with a RVM in the afternoon and then calls in the evening.

My question is regarding the frequency and type of communication.  I want to follow a process that has worked for others in the past and then pivot when needed.

Day 1: Email

Day 1+1: Cold Call

Day 1+2: Cold call

Day 1+3: Send direct mailer

Day 1+3 (AM): Email

Day 1+3 (Noon): RVM

Day 1+3 (Night): Cold Call

Day 1+5: Call

Day 1+6: RVM

Day 1+9: Call

is this too agressive?  Not agressive enough?  Don't want to turn off a potential lead by being "annoying" when I'm looking to be "pleasantly persistent
