Marie Poe  yeah I did, im very interested in pursuing properties through this method so Im gonna keep digging on each.

@Luis Rojas I have talked to some Albertan investors who tell me it's not worth the effort digging out the small amount of potential deals here when there is more opportunity in the U.S. - This is not to say that deals don't exist here.  

@Jonathan Napper   I think we need to dig deeper into what you are trying to do....as an investor..you don't pay 20% down...or even 5%....I would say take a step back and talk to @Brian Gibbons  about getting the gameplan in place. 

Colleen, you mentioned the bill ($) is up, but I'd want to dig into the actual consumption of electricity as measured by kilowatt-hours, this year versus last.
