Meter is very accessible in front of the house in a via a man hole cover, plenty of room to install additional equipment.

I am not saying this is the be all end all, I am just saying that a full time turnkey operator will defiantly/should be able to bring advanced savings both monetary and time to your plans.

Too many home builders pigeon-hole buyers into designs they are comfortable with and not consumers.
